How it works
How to be a referrer
Current Homescope residents share a personal code. When a referred student reserves, checks in, and becomes an active tenant, you earn a cash reward.
Get your unique code
Open Refer & Earn in the portal to copy your personal code and shareable booking link.
Share with friends
Send your link or code to students looking for accommodation in South C or Mbagathi.
Earn your reward
When they book, move in, and their intake goes active, you earn KSh 4,000.
Rewards for successful referrals
- KSh 4,000 per successful referral when your friend becomes an active tenant.
- Track pending, qualified, and paid referrals from your student portal.
- Referred friends can also enter your code on the reserve form.
- Rewards are paid out by the Homescope team after the referral is verified.
